Federal Departments of Southwest Babylon

1. Department of Environment

Focuses on sustainability, rewilding, conservation, and ecological restoration across all bioregions. Rural and Urban Reforestation. Ecologic Agriculture. Drives innovation in renewable energy, green tech, post-carbon infrastructure, and smart, clean cities. Coordinates eco-villages, intentional communities, and sustainable urban development using permaculture and regenerative design. Manages water, forests, seeds, and other commons fairly and equitably; prevents exploitation and promotes restoration. Develops and maintains public and private eco-friendly transportation systems, including high-speed rail and green vehicles.

2. Department of Foreign Affairs

Handles international relations, treaties, cultural exchange, and maintains peaceful collaboration with nations and federations. Through Multilingualism, Multiculturalism and Multi currency stand for Internationalism and focuses on bilateral cooperations.

3. Department of Home Affairs

Supports multilingual and multi cultural open-access education, critical thinking, philosophical development, and lifelong learning across all ages. Preserves cultural heritage while ensuring the right to self-expression, identity exploration, and global citizenship. Promotes open science, independent research, free inquiry, and ethical innovation without corporate censorship. Ensures universal access to healthcare, holistic wellness, and the integration of natural and Traditional medicine

4. Department of Finance

• Support for multi-currency systems , Develop systems for voluntary contribution , investments in transparent use of funds , Replace income tax with voluntary usage fees , donation-based governance, or micro-tariffs where essential. Citizen committees or councils review and approve major budget proposals via direct democracy tools . Investments in Tourism, Manufacturing, Science Innovation, Green Politics and Green Economic.

5. Department of Peace and Conflict Research

• Southwest Babylon is committed to have Philosophy Research and Philosophical Science as its cornerstone with Biblioteca Babilonia being its National Research Institution governing with Congress. Department of Peace and Conflict research will be the Department that deals with Justice and Policy research. The Peace and Conflict Research Department will also be the Department that prevents wars through mediation and Peace talks. philosophy Research, and Peace talks and conflict recovery through libertarian values.
